FAITH OF MOTION

My homes courtyard is surrounded on three sides by enormous, old trees. These trees, and the

birds that inhabit them, have become a space for quiet reflection. Every day, I observe a variety of

birds from close quarters. But over the past few years, I have felt a growing connection to the crows.

They would arrive and settle on the trees at specific times. Through their calls and responses to one

another, I began to sense their presence even without looking at them.

For me, however, the crow revealed itself as a living extension of the tree and the sky. The rhythm

and vibrant energy of this bird stirred something within me, and that inner experience has found

expression in the “Crow” series.

My everyday life and my artistic expression are not separate, they exist in a shared, interwoven

coexistence.
